since a near majority now live on some type of government assistance... why not extend same dollar privilages to all ssn holders ... of course as a taxable subsidity. this will level the playing field and show the insolvancy of a bankrupt system sooner... thereby getting on to restructuring sooner whilst benefiting all instead of just the privilaged poor class
